Green tree frogs are vibrant, chubby amphibians native to Australia, easily recognized by their bright green color and friendly appearance. These frogs are excellent climbers, often perching on leaves and branches, and they can slightly change their color to blend in with their surroundings. Unlike other frogs, they produce a unique, deep, resonating call that echoes through the night. Green tree frogs are also known for their docile nature, often allowing gentle handling. However, they face threats from habitat loss, highlighting the need for conservation efforts to protect these charming creatures.
