Gorgeous gold and white abstract pattern earrings made from recycled copper and enamel.
Each copper shape is hand cut from recycle copper sheet. Golden clear enamel powder is applied to the front of the earring and fired using my torch until molten and golden in colour. Once cooled I’ve applied black opaque enamel powder to the back of each earring and fire in my kiln until fused to the copper.
The earrings are now ready to apply the white flower. Using a stencil and white enamel powder I apply the patten then put it back into the kiln to fuse to the golden base.
Once the earrings are fully cooled I use a diamond file to remove any fire scale and buffed the edges until smooth and shiny.
Each earring measures 1.5cm wide and 2cm long.
The total drop measurement of each earring from the top of the ear hook to the bottom of the earring is 3cm in length
The ear hooks are made from Argentium silver
*Argentium silver is hypoallergenic and low tarnish
*Argentium is certified 100% recycled.
