If you are after a pair of statement earrings look no further 💚💚
These triangular shaped copper blanks are hand cut. The top of the triangle is bent over and holes are cut into the front and back. The back is enamelled with black powdered enamel ,two layers, fired in my kiln until molten and fused to the copper. Once the back has been fired and cooled I’ve added the hammered copper rings to the top of each earring and secured them with a copper rivet.
The front of the earrings are enamelled with white opaque enamel, once fired and cooled I’ve used ceramic paints mixed with an oil medium and applied the colours, firing them until fused to the white base.
Each earring measures 4cm long and 2 cm wide.
The copper ring reassures 1.7cm in diameter
The total drop of each earring from the top of the ear hook to the bottom of the earring measures 5.3cm long
The ear hooks are made from Argentium silver
*Argentium silver is hypoallergenic and low tarnish
*Argentium is certified 100% recycled.
