Mystic Tide

A wheel-thrown medium cup inspired by the meeting of sea and red earth. Rich crimson stoneware is finished with layered blue-green glazes that break and flow across the surface, creating a landscape unique to each firing.

Comfortable in the hand and versatile in use, it’s perfectly sized for wine, sake, herbal tea or espresso. It also doubles as a beautiful tealight holder, where candlelight brings out the depth and movement of the glaze.
