Golden Sapwood Owl Pot

A small handmade ceramic owl with a hidden lidded pot tucked inside.

Part sculpture, part functional pottery, it can be used as a salt pot, ring or cufflink holder, trinket box or tiny container for keepsakes, desk items or other small treasures. It also sits happily on a shelf, desk or kitchen bench as a quiet companion.

Hand built from Australian stoneware, the textured body is layered with warm golden-brown glazes inspired by sapwood and tree bark. This owl is individually sculpted by hand, with subtle asymmetry, expressive features and the marks of the making process left intact.
