Natural Mookaite and Sterling Silver Pendant ~ handcrafted by Karina and Mike of Karmic Star
Mookaite is a Jasper that is unique to one location in Western Australia, Mooka Creek (hence the name). It is found in a wide variety of earthy colours and intriguing patterns - this beautiful one looks like a scene from the outback, with a mustard sun in a cream toned sky, setting over the antique-plum landscape.
Mookaite has such a nurturing energy, and is said to assist with trusting your gut when you feel stuck with making a decision.
Mike has carefully shaped and polished this fascinating stone from rough rock to the shiny cabochon you see here, then handed it to me to embrace with Australian-made, ethically sourced 925 Sterling Silver. I have oxidised and polished the silver to complete this unique treasure.
