Simple yet elegant, this hand-crafted spiral ear cuff is fitted simply using manual compression. Stylish, yet subtle, it comes in a number of finishes and can be worn on its own, or to complement a variety of styles and other accessories.
The spiral motif has appeared in ancient art around the world for millennia, not least amongst the stone carvings and metalwork of ancient Ireland - a history that adds meaning to this beautiful jewellery.
I offer the following colours, that I wished for when I started wearing a pressure earring on a keloid on my ear:

Size/Fit:
The standard 15mm diameter ear cuff fits most securely on the upper rim/helix of the ear, where it can be compressed around the cartilage.
The 12mm cuff is made from lighter 16 gauge wire, and so is a little easier to manipulate and may fit well to the ear lobe also. While it offers less compression than the standard size, you may prefer its smaller size and finer lines.

Hypoallergenic?: the silver and bright copper ear cuffs have a copper core and clear or fine silver coated finish that, would be considered hypoallergenic. However, the coloured coatings on the gold, bronze and antique copper would not be considered hypoallergenic.
NOTE: This ear cuff is not a medical device and has not been designed specifically to reduce or prevent keloid scar development. However it may be worn over keloid scar tissue and the pressure adjusted for comfort and compression. Compression may assist in slowing keloid growth.
