Hi, I’m Bróna, the maker behind Lánua, based in Valentine Lake Macquarie, NSW. I’m very excited to share my jewellery with you in this awesome marketplace on Madeit.

From swirling wire bracelets and spiralling crystal earrings to sweet heart wire pendants, I pour my own heart into every piece I create. My aim is to make jewellery you'll love to wear, that brightens your day and brings a little bit of joy into the world!

I use high-quality materials, sourced primarily from Australian small businesses, and where possible, I incorporate recycled or recyclable/reusable materials. You can feel confident that whatever you choose from my collection will not only be lovely but long-lasting, too.

Fulfilment options for orders placed on Madeit include: local pick up from Valentine NSW (free of charge) or FREE tracked postage or expedited delivery (subject to upgrade fees) to addresses within Australia. Tracking is provided on shipment of all products, unless otherwise specified in an individual product's listing (e.g. greeting cards). Delivery to the Republic of Ireland will be considered on a case by case basis and must be agreed and confirmed with Lánua BEFORE placing the order (see further details related to COST below).

SHIPPING COST

We provide FREE standard shipping on all items shipped to Australian addresses. Free Local Pick up is available from Valentine NSW 2280. Shipping Upgrades - Express Post: There is a $7.50 surcharge for Express Post delivery. Signature on Delivery: There is a $3.00 surcharge to add a Signature on Delivery requirement. To choose this option you must add the $3.00 Signature on Delivery Required upgrade product to your shopping cart. The postage charges (if applicable) will be shown on your order summary during the check-out process.

We do not generally post to addresses outside Australia. However, delivery to the Republic of Ireland will be considered on a case by case basis and will be subject to additional fees. Any order for delivery to the Republic of Ireland must be agreed and confirmed with Lánua BEFORE placing the order, so that a custom listing can be created that includes international postage fees. IMPORTANT - Goods shipped to the Republic of Ireland may also be subject to import or customs duties and VAT (value added tax), which will be payable by the customer prior to receiving their parcel.

ORDER & DISPATCH CONFIRMATION

Once you have completed payment in our online store and it has been cleared you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will also advise of the approximate dispatch time. When your order is dispatched you will be emailed with confirmation and your individual tracking number, if available.

If an order has been placed and payment has been made but no email has been received, your email may have been sent to your junk or spam folders or perhaps you placed the order using a different email address. Please check these folders first, and if that is unsuccessful contact us through our Ask A Question section and provide your details.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

All parcels are dispatched via Australia Post from Lake Macquarie, NSW 2280, to addresses within Australia. Delivery timeframes are subject to Australia Post capacity at any time.

Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that during high volume sale periods slight delays in dispatch may be experienced.

You will receive a confirmation email with delivery information as soon as your order is dispatched. Depending on your location, please allow approximately 3-8 business days for Standard Shipping to physical addresses, up to 10 business days for Standard Shipping to P.O. boxes and 1-5 business days for Express Post. For example, remote or rural locations may have to allow extra days.

Your order can be tracked via the tracking number or link in the dispatch notification email, sent to you when your order is dispatched.

Dispatch and delivery days are Monday to Friday. Excludes public holidays.

Peak Season Increased volume – Even though we endeavour to dispatch our parcels as quickly as possible, once your parcel has been picked up by the shipping carrier, the delivery expectation is no longer under our control. Delays could happen due to volume capacities at peak times of the year in the courier or Australia Post system.

RETURNS POLICY

At LÁNUA, customer satisfaction is important to us. We proudly stand behind our products, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Let us know within 14 days of order delivery, so that we can arrange a solution as soon as possible. 

If any goods are faulty we will meet our statutory obligations to provide a remedy, however, LÁNUA is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

LÁNUA products are carefully checked and securely packaged before dispatch; however in the unfortunate instance that an item or items are damaged in transit you will be able to return the item(s) to us. 

If you've made a purchase from our website and need to return a damaged or incorrect product, the goods must be in an unworn and original condition in which they were received. Please carefully package the items and return as follows:

• Bubble wrap and pack your item(s) in a padded secure bag
• Complete all sections of the Returns Form or write a detailed explanation for the return
• Send your items with the form or explanation via an Australia Post traceable method to:
