I use this oil every single night, even when I travel, it's one of the staples I pack every time.
I think after using it for a while now, its also a bit of a trigger to my brain, once I smell it, I just start to relax.
Presented in a lovely frosted 50ml glass serum pump bottle.
One pump into your hand then rub it a little on the bottoms of your feet and around the back of your neck and shoulders. This is where I rub it, but that's totally up to you.
I've even used it as my 'magic oil' to help visiting friends' children cruise off to sleep.
