I love my spray range and you will too. I only use premium quality products and make small batches at a time. My magnesium body spray came about from my own journey with muscle issues and being deficient in magnesium, as I couldn't absorb it any other way than through the skin.
Now soaking in a warm delicious magnesium bath every evening sounds wonderful, but in reality, thats just not going to happen in my world. So the spray it is 💛

So HOW do I use this wonderful spray?
I apply it to my calves and feet at night, letting it dry before hopping into bed.
It may give you a tingly feeling, but thats perfectly all right. I found that this feeling was less and less the more I used it, but if this bothers you apply to damp skin.
