Natural Ammonite and Sterling Silver Pendant ~ handcrafted by Karina and Mike of Karmic Star
Ammonites are fossilised sea creatures, thought by different cultures all over the world to be luck-bringing and protection stones, and also said to hold the collective wisdom of past, present, and future.
While you may be familiar with these amazing stones as a fossilised spiral-shaped shell, they are just as fascinating on the inside. Here Mike has carefully shaped and polished a cross-section of an ammonite, and created this one-of-a-kind cabochon which shows some of the crystallised chambers within. I have embraced this treasure with Australian made, ethically sourced 925 Sterling Silver wire, which I have oxidised and polished to complete this Magical Talisman.
