All items from Springmore Charm are handmade in small batches. Due to the nature of handmade goods, slight variations in fabric placement or stitching may occur; this is part of what makes each piece unique.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated in the listing.

 During busy periods (markets, holidays, launches), processing times may be slightly longer; I’ll always communicate if this is the case.

Shipping

• Orders are shipped from Australia.
• Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to Australia Post or courier delays.
• Once an order has been dispatched, Springmore Charm is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

Returns & Exchanges

Because items are handmade, returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos, and I’ll happily work with you to resolve the issue.

Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
