Ships out using: All products are sent in tracked satchels with Australia Post

Tracking code provided upon shipment (if applicable)

• Ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-3 business days
• Made to order or custom orders will be shipped within 30 business days (or as arranged)
• Default shipping is Standard Parcel post with tracking (unless otherwise selected at the time of purchase)
• Items are carefully & securely packaged and we use recycled packaging wherever possible. 
• Tracking details will be provided at the time of shipping. This allows both parties to track the parcel and ensure it gets to you. It is the buyers responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase. 

Refund & Exchange policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase but if something isn't right please contact me first within 7 days. If a refund or exchange is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund less shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
