Custom orders simply require a non-refundable
50% deposit so Juliet can get started on
sketches and designs for your perfect art
jewellery piece. The full quoted price must
be paid prior to shipping.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON CARING
FOR YOUR JEWELLERY
Your jewellery is strong and durable but it is a
special hand painted art piece so we
recommend the following to maximise its lifespan:
● please remove your jewellery before showering,
swimming and physical activity and minimise its
contact with chemicals, perfumes, hairspray and
body lotions.
● when not being worn: please store your jewellery
in a closed jewellery box and, to avoid damage
do not place your pieces in water, heat, humidity
or direct sunlight.
● please treat your jewellery gently; do not bend
your earring pendant or pull out earring hooks!
● clean your pendant gently with only a soft dry
cloth.
● WARNING! do not use commercial or homemade
silver cleaning solutions on your silver earrings or
pendants as they will damage your pendants.
Instead, give silver parts a regular, gentle wipe
with a soft cloth to prevent tarnish build up. In
case of significant tarnishing please email Juliet
to request professional cleaning services, or to
receive detailed cleaning instructions @

How is our jewellery made?
We are committed to making jewellery with the
most natural materials we can. We therefore
explored traditional suitcase making methods in
which layers of wood pulp or paper are saturated,
then compressed, to form a strong and lightweight
material. Juliet forms our pendant material into
many different shapes using traditional woodworking
tools. She then handpaints a unique artwork
directly onto each pendant or brooch using
archival-quality, lightfast paint.
For a very few jewellery designs with extremely
tiny details Juliet paints an original artwork on a
large scale then affixes an archival-quality,
lightfast miniature art print onto the pendant
surface.
*These designs are clearly marked "archival print".
Every artwork is coated with a protective varnish
to resist the effect of UV light and humidity.

Refunds and Return Policy
We are sorry that we cannot make refunds or
exchanges for change of mind on earrings
due to hygiene reasons.
Custom pieces are non-refundable.
Please contact us to discuss any concerns
with your purchase.
Return postage cost on necklaces will be at
the customer's cost.
Photography
The jewellery photographs on our shop pages
are taken carefully to reproduce the initial
original jewellery piece Juliet makes. Because
she makes limited edition jewellery either in
Individual pairs or in very small batches, slight
differences in design, colour or pendant shape
over time are part of Juliet's iterative artistic
process. Differences between shop photographs
and your own piece add to the beauty and
originality of your handmade art jewellery.
Please keep in mind that minor imperfections
are sometimes part of the handcrafting
process and contribute to their uniqueness.

In the unlikely event of a quality issue,
please contact us within 48 hours of receipt
to allow us to rectify any issue caused by us.
