Maker Kirstie lives in and creates the items in rural Victoria, on Wadawurrung country. Where possible she uses 100% natural fibres and sources the materials from other regional businesses.

Items will be posted as soon as possible, however delivery times are dependent on Australia Post. A tracking number will be provided where applicable. Please contact Finch and Fae if the item hasn't been received after 15 business days.

Refunds are available as per Australian consumer law, and will be issued for faulty items only.
