Ready to ship in 1-3 (business days)
Ships out using: Australia Post
Tracking code provided upon shipment (if applicable)
Delivery Times: Delivery times are standard Australia Post delivery times.
Items are carefully and securely packaged, and we use recycled packaging wherever possible.
Tracking details will be provided at the time of shippings. This allows both parties to track the parcel and ensure it gets to you. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.
Payment is made at the time of purchase.
My items are usually one or two of a kind items, so if you see something you love you should grab it, as you won't see something exactly the same again in my shop. If you do love something and you miss out, feel free to get in touch and I can see about doing a similar (but not the same) custom item for you.
Refund & Exchange policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase but if something isn't right or you change your mind, please contact me first within 7 days. If a refund or exchange is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund less shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.

Normal characteristics of hand wovens can include but are not limited to skips, mis-treadles, and uneven selvedge's. All items have bobbin changes, and these are a normal part of the hand-woven process. These are not terms for a discount or return however if you are unhappy with your item, please contact me to discuss your concerns.
