Refund Policy:
Any request for a refund or exchange must be made within 7 days of purchase. All my items are handmade by me and care is taken to ensure each item is free from faults or damage prior to shipping. Aside from normal irregularities that can occur when sewing handmade items, if I've missed something and your item is faulty, please contact me as soon as possible. A refund or exchange will only be considered if the faulty item is unused. Photo evidence will be required. Returns are posted at the buyers expense. **Refunds will not be given for change of mind** Please note: Colours will vary on different screens and may not be as true as the actual item.
