All my items are made by my two hands in sunny Brisbane using traditional tools and techniques.
Some items are made in small batches, many are one of a kind originals. As my items are made by hand, no two pieces will be exactly identical and there may be some tool marks reflecting the making process. I strive for high quality but cherish the subtle differences between individual items, even if they follow the same design.

* Default shipping is Standard Parcel Post with tracking
* Available shipping upgrade to Express
* Tracking details will be provided at the time of shipping. This allows both parties to track the parcel and ensure it gets to you. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.
* Standard shipping automatically includes insurance for orders up to $100 in total. For orders where the total value exceeds $100, extra insurance is strongly recommended as in the unlikely but not impossible event of the item getting lost in transit Australia Post will not reimburse costs above this limit without extra cover.
Refund and exchange policy
* I hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if something is not right please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item. If a refund or exchange is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund less shipping. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
* Please note change of mind returns are not accepted
* The materials used in my work - sterling silver, copper, brass and bronze - naturally acquire patina over time. This is completely normal and not a defect of the material, and as such will not constitute grounds for return. Please follow care instructions shipped with each item.
