With 40 years experience of cutting and repairing gemstones, I handcraft elegant, understated jewellery using carefully selected gemstones and pearls. Shipping & packaging policy
- Ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-3 business days
- Made to order items will be shipped as arranged at time of order confirmation
- Customised orders will be shipped as arranged when details of customisation is confirmed
- Default shipping is Standard Parcel Post with tracking
- Items are carefully & securely packaged and we use recycled packaging wherever possible.
- Tracking details will be provided at the time of shipping. This allows both parties to track the parcel and ensure it gets to you. It is the buyers responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.
Refund & Exchange policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase but if something isn't right please contact me first within 7 days of receiving your item. If an exchange or refund is approved by me, the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days of confirmation of the exchange or refund agreement.
Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
No refund for a change of mind but I am happy to exchange it for another item in stock of equal or higher value minus shipping cost. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item to arrange the exchange. The item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days. Made to order/custom orders
- Payment is required at the time of order
- Turn-around time is 5 working days for most items unless stated otherwise on Made to Order listings
- Made to order and customised orders may take up to 10 days to be completed
- Custom made orders are unable to be cancelled once payment has been made and are not refundable as it is a one of a kind item handmade to your specific requirements, size, engraving, gemstone or metal.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law it is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct finger size at the time of purchase. Please note that there is a size difference between the left and right hand. If you are not sure of your size please contact me. Resizing the ring may insure extra cost.
