Woodland Whimsy Copper Bangle
Handcrafted from pure copper wire with an antique patina that highlights the warm copper vine-like curves and tiny rosette flowers, this enchanting bangle feels like a treasure from a woodland fairytale.
Available in a choice of two designs, an adjustable overlap style or a secure hook closure.
Comes in a re-usable handmade drawstring pouch, which I have also created from upcycled materials.

It is not mass-produced, only a small or limited number will be created.
No two pieces will be exactly the same. Each piece will be unique!
Measurements:
Style A - Adjustable overlap style: approx 5-8cm diameter (approx 15-25cm circumference).
Style B - Hook closure: approx 6.5cm diameter (approx 20.5cm circumference).
(Gentle adjustment of this bangle is fine, please take care to not over-bend to avoid damaging this item).
Materials:
Bare copper (with a patina finish).
Care:
Bare copper naturally tarnishes (darkens) with time. Gentle cleaning with a mild dish detergent and polishing dry with a soft cloth, or (once dry) polish using a silver polishing cloth, is a simple method to easily restore brightness and shine if desired. Avoid using brushes or abrasive cleaning methods to ensure you don't remove the intentional patina finish. Remove before showering and swimming is recommended.
Sustainability:
Copper is considered a sustainable material due to being infinitely recyclable. I use a combination of copper that is ethically and responsibly sourced from Australian suppliers and upcycled industrial leftover/waste wire.
I choose recycled and recyclable materials for all of my jewellery making and packaging whenever possible.
Local/Australian, eco-friendly, sustainable, and cruelty-free suppliers are my preferred choice whenever possible.
All waste produced is either kept for re-use, recycled, or disposed of responsibly.
The use of plastics is avoided as much as possible (except when re-using for upcycled pieces).
