This sweet little purse is the perfect size to pop into your handbag to carry your essentials – coins, cards, keys, ear buds or small cosmetic items. Of course, it is pretty enough not to hide away in your bag and makes the perfect ‘go to’ accessory for a casual lunch or a quick trip to the shops.
All items are handmade in my studio in Brisbane, Australia.
The details
The purse measures approximately 10cm high (including clasp) and is 12cm wide at the base. It has a 4cm gusset to provide extra interior room. The frame is 10.5cm wide.
The exterior is made from high quality cotton fabric featuring a print of cherries on a white background. Layers of interfacing and wadding have been added to ensure structure and stability, and each purse is fully lined with a coordinating cotton fabric.
The antique gold metal kiss-lock frame is handstitched to the fabric using extra strong thread, ensuring that the purse remains a cherished accessory for years to come.
