This sweet little purse is the perfect size to pop into your handbag to carry your essentials – coins, cards, keys, ear buds or makeup. Of course, it is pretty enough not to hide away in your bag and makes the perfect ‘go to’ accessory for a casual lunch or a quick trip to the shops.
All items are handmade in my studio in Brisbane, Australia.
The details
The purse measures approximately 10cm high (including clasp) and is 12cm wide at the base. The base has a 5cm gusset to provide extra interior room. The frame is 10.5cm wide.
The exterior is made from a high-quality cotton fabric featuring a classic floral print in shades of pink and blue on a neutral background. Layers of interfacing and wadding have been added to ensure structure and stability, and each purse is fully lined with a coordinating cotton fabric.
The silver metal kiss-lock frame has pearly baubles and is handstitched to the fabric using extra strong thread, ensuring that the purse remains a valued accessory for years to come.
