Rest, when we were testing it was originally called Sleep. We would spray our bedroom 30min before sleeping and burn a candle in the lounge a few hours earlier to really find the benefits of this fragrance.
Lavender is calming and represents serenity. In studies, Lavender shows an improvement in sleep, depression, and stress in adults. It can also ease symptoms associated with anxiety. With the additions of Eucalyptus and Mint to help open the airways and assist with breathing. Amethyst is known to heal the mind with its soft energies, creating a calming and soothing environment to help you sleep.
Part of The Graceful Moon mantra is to create time and space for you. You can't help
others when you are depleted yourself. The products we sell help to create a
toolkit which you can draw upon when you need a little extra comfort, guidance,
rest or just a break. Whilst our products aren't a 'cure all', nor are we
