Rest, when we were testing it was originally called Sleep. We would spray our bedroom 30min before sleeping and burn a candle in the lounge a few hours earlier to really find the benefits of this fragrance.

With the additions of Eucalyptus and Mint to help open the airways and assist with breathing. Amethyst is known to heal the mind with its soft energies, creating a calming and soothing environment to help you sleep.
