Inspired by the iris — the February birth flower — these earrings are my way of turning a beautiful bloom into something wearable.
Each pair is made slowly by hand using layered, watercolour-painted paper, shaped petal by petal to capture the softness and structure of the flower. The tiny fibre beard at the centre echoes the natural texture of an iris and adds gentle movement.
No two pairs are exactly the same, and I love that each one carries its own little personality — a small piece of nature translated into wearable art.
