These earrings were inspired by Haworth’s aeonium, a succulent that can always be found in my garden.
Each flower is built up by hand, petal by petal, using painted paper that’s been shaped, layered and sealed to give it strength while still keeping that soft, organic feel. No two pairs ever turn out exactly the same, and I really like that — they feel more like tiny sculptures than matching accessories.
The colours shift between deep greens and muted mauves, with a small green gem centre that catches the light as you move.
They’re bold, but still earthy. Statement earrings for people who love nature, texture, and pieces that feel considered rather than mass-made.
Made slowly in my Adelaide studio using paper and minimal materials, with a focus on sustainability and wearability.
