Cacao is different to cocoa- it is much less processed and therefore retains a higher nutritional content, including magnesium, iron, zinc and antioxidants.
Prepare with your favourite milk, this cacao is not bitter, nor sweet, add coconut sugar or honey if you like a bit of sweetness. You might even find you like it without sweetener.
Ingredients: Ceremonial-grade organic criollo cacao powder from the Amazonian region in Peru.
Preparation suggestion: Add a dash of boiled water to one heaped tablespoon of Cacao Dream, mix. Stir in 250ml warmed/frothed milk & natural sweetener if desired. Can also be made in a milk frother.
