This small Garlic / Ginger Grater is made with Stoneware clay, hand thrown by me on the pottery wheel and altered to add the ripples for grating.
This is the ideal tool for grating Ginger, garlic, lemon / orange zest, nutmeg, hard cheeses etc. just place the food item on the dish and rub on the ripples and it’s all done, add some olive oil and and serve with your favourite bread.
Easily cleaned in the dishwasher! These tools are created to make life and cooking easier, why not grab one.
Glazed with food safe glaze and fired to stoneware temperatures 1260 degrees Celsius
Glaze colour is Tahitian Sea Green gloss with White gloss with special flecks.
