Delivery Times: standard shipping time
PAYMENT: Payment is made at time of purchase.
SHIPPING: All regular sized items will be sent through Australia Post using standard parcel post with tracking. Larger orders will be sent through Sendle with tracking also provided.
Ready to post items are mailed within 1-2 days of purchase and made to order items will also be mailed within 1-2 days of completion.
Express post is available upon request.
Each purchase will be packaged with love and care, with the aim that it will arrive in perfect condition. We use recycled packaging where possible.
If you have any issues with the delivery of your item/s, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help resolve those issues.
REFUNDS: We really want you to be happy with your purchase, so please reach out with any concerns or questions. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on items for change of mind, so please make sure that you look at the item carefully before you decide on purchasing.
