Shipping & packaging policy

• Ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-3 business days
• Made to order or custom orders will be shipped within 2 weeks (or as arranged)
• Default shipping is Standard Parcel post with tracking (unless otherwise selected at the time of purchase)
• Local pick up is available from Burrum Heads, QLD
• Items are carefully & securely packaged; we use recycled packaging wherever possible.
• Tracking details will be provided at the time of shipping. This allows both parties to track the parcel and ensure it gets to you. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.

Refund & Exchange policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase but if something isn't right contact me first, within 7 days. If a refund is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition in original packaging (if possible) within 7 days for a full refund less shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility. Custom orders are not refundable. Custom orders are designed for and approved by the customer before being made.
