I'm Jacinta and I am the creator behind Upside Down Galah Handmade Creations. I make high quality childrens clothing, zip pouches and other items from my home on the Isaac Coast in Queensland.

Everything is handmade using high quality fabrics and supplies in small batches so you can be confident you will be unlikely to find someone else with the same item!

I enjoy every step of the process from deciding what to make in which fabrics, cutting it out, sewing it up and I love seeing a piece of fabric being turned into the final product. I love what I do and being able to share my creations with you all - I hope you enjoy them just as much as I do!

Items posted via Australia Post tracked satchels within 1-3 business days.

Returns-

If you have received a faulty product please contact me and return the item within 7 days of receiving it. The item must be unworn and unused in its original packaging. Once I have received the item, I will assess it and if I have confirmed the fault, I will refund you the return postage cost and at my discretion either repair, refund or replace the item. I recommend you use tracked postage when returning an item as I cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Change of mind/ incorrect size-

Items will not be exchanged or refunded if an incorrect size is purchased. A sizing chart is on each listing so take the time to choose the correct size, if in doubt I suggest sizing up. You may also contact me if you would like assistance with selecting the correct size.
