SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped in 1-3 business days unless otherwise indicated.

All items are sent via regular post. Small flat items that fit into an envelope will be sent via untracked letter post.

Postage charges:

• All items are securely packaged using only recyclable and/or compostable packaging.
• Tracking will be supplied at the time of shipping.
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of order.
• I want you to be happy with your purchase so if there is a problem with your item please contact me within 7 days to arrange a refund or exchange. Please DO NOT return the item prior to contacting me.
• All returned goods must be in the original packaging and condition.
• Item must be returned to me via tracked shipping within 7 days.
• Refunds on faulty items will include shipping costs.
• I am happy to accept exchanges on non-faulty items, but the buyer is responsible for all postage charges incurred.
• Refunds will be processed once item has been received.

Please be aware that as all items are handmade, the item you receive may look slightly different to the photograph. I.e., position of patterns on the fabric.

Although we strive to produce photographs true to colour, different computer screens may mean that colours differ slightly than in the photos.

Items may contain small pieces. Items sold in this shop are not recommended for children under 5 years of age.
