I handcraft natural wellness products designed to support calm, grounding, and everyday balance.
All products are made in small batches using thoughtfully chosen natural ingredients, with no artificial chemicals. Each creation is intentional, gentle, and rooted in the belief that what we use on and around our bodies should feel safe, nourishing, and aligned with wellbeing.

Everything is lovingly made by me in Tropical North Queensland, inspired by the rainforest and the grounding energy of nature. My hope is that each product feels like an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Thank you for choosing us! We strive to provide you with the best service and ensure your products reach you in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below:
- Shipping Rate: All orders will incur a standard postage fee of $14.95. This fee covers the cost of packaging and shipping your items.
- Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
- Delivery Time: Once your order has shipped, delivery times may vary based on your location.
- Remote Location: Please note TNQ Holistic Therapies is located in Mareeba, Far North Queensland and there may be delays due to remote location. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
- Delivery Address: Delivery is made to the address you specify when placing your order. Therefore, please pay particular attention to the spelling of the address you enter and especially the postcode.
- Refusal of Delivery or Return to Senders: If you refuse a shipment or a parcel is returned to sender, TNQ Holistic Therapies reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the costs incurred of shipping and merchant fees.
- Risk: The risk will be your responsibility from the date on which the ordered products have left our premises. However, in the event of a lost package, we will do everything possible to assist to ensure you will receive your order.
- International Shipping: All local government import and duties incurred are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please understand that this is not within our control and we cannot repay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much the applicable taxes may be.
14 DAY RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Please inspect your ordered items for faults as soon as you receive them. If you feel you have found a fault, please contact us immediately to discuss via email: tnqholistictherapies@outlook.com or via phone: 0481 488 113.
If your item is faulty, you can return it unused, unworn and in its original condition with all tags still attached within 14 days at the buyer’s expense. Please ensure you enclose a self-addressed Australia Post Satchel so that I can send your exchanged item back to you.

No refunds, returns or exchanges on pre-ordered items or sale items, unless the item is faulty when received.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind.
We will check all returned items once received. Any items not in its original condition and no labels attached will not be refunded or exchanged.
We cannot take responsibility for goods that are lost while in transit, therefore we recommend returning goods with an Australia Post tracking number to ensure their safety.
Return postage expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
