How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Products are shipped within 24 business hours after receiving your order. Shipping to metropolitan areas is generally 2-4 business days, rural areas 6-8 business days.

Can I return or exchange my order?

At Telopia we strive to offer satisfaction to our loyal customers.

We don’t refund for a change of mind. We stand by our products and would like to hear from you regarding your experiences with our products. Please get in touch with us at wecare@telopia.com.au  and we’ll help to resolve your enquiry the best way we can.

My order is wrong, what should I do?

Please contact us at wecare@telopia.com.au with your name and order number and we will investigate and endeavour to rectify the issue.

The product has been delivered damaged.

We take every care with our packaging to ensure successful delivery. In the unlikely event that goods are damaged, please retain all packaging and take photographs as proof of damage. Email us as soon as you can at wecare@telopia.com.au  with your order number and details and our team will instruct and help you through the claim process with the delivery carrier.
