Products are shipped within 24 business hours after receiving your order. Shipping to metropolitan areas is generally 2-4 business days, rural areas 6-8 business days.

The product has been delivered damaged.
We take every care with our packaging to ensure successful delivery. In the unlikely event that goods are damaged, please retain all packaging and take photographs as proof of damage. Email us as soon as you can at wecare@telopia.com.au with your order number and details and our team will instruct and help you through the claim process with the delivery carrier.
