My name is Naomi and I'm the creator behind Sylvi & Flora. I hand make all my creations out of polymer clay from my home in Melbourne. Due to the nature of the material, all items are slightly different so you're guaranteed a unique piece.The name of my business reflects what I make - Sylvi means 'woodlands/forest' and Flora means 'flowers'. My creations began as a way to reflect nature in what we wear and I wanted my business name to showcase that.Plus, I'm a mum to 3 wonderful, noisy boys and I think this is my way of adding a little 'girly-ness' to my days! Shipping & packaging policy

• Default shipping is Standard Parcel post with tracking (unless otherwise selected at the time of purchase)
• Items are carefully & securely packaged and we use recycled packaging wherever possible.
• Tracking details will be provided at the time of shipping. This allows both parties to track the parcel and ensure it gets to you. It is the buyers responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.

Earrings:
For health and hygiene reasons, SylviaAndFlora cannot accept returns on any earrings for change of mind so please select carefully. If you would like further information prior to purchase, please send a message and I'll respond as soon as I can.
All other items:
Please make contact within 7 days to discuss a return and exchange. Items must be returned within 14 days. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return. In the instance that a replacement is required, please note that it will not be identical to the original. 

For faulty items:
Sylvi and Flora stands by the quality of their items, however should you encounter any issues with the products please make contact and return the item within 14 days. A replacement or store credit will be offered.

At times the glue used to attach the stud posts can fail. At this stage there doesn't seem to be a 100% foolproof glue for polymer clay and metal. E6000 glue is an extremely strong industrial glue and my glue of choice. If repairs are required and you're happy to make them yourself, E6000 glue can be purchased from jewellery suppliers; alternatively 3M jewellery glue, a gel formula, is available from Spotlight.
