Australia Post standard tracked postage is used for all orders. Your tracking number will be shared with you when your order is on it's way. Payment Payment with Paypal or credit card will be accepted. Returns/refunds All jewellery is hand made in small batches. No two items are the same and all efforts are taken to accurately depict your item in the listing. No refunds or exchanges can be given if you change your mind. If you need more information about any of the listed products before purchase (such as measurements or additional photos) please let me know and I will do my best to answer your questions. All items are packed carefully to ensure safe arrival. Please contact me should your order arrive damaged so a replacement or a refund can be arranged. Care It is recommended that you store your Percy by Design gems in a cool, dry place. Polymer clay is a porous material and can scuff easily. Avoid showering or swimming while wearing your Percy by Design gems, and keep them away from perfumes or harsh chemicals. A gentle wipe with a damp cloth in between wears can help keep your pieces looking fresh.
