Items are carefully & securely packaged and I use recycled/recyclable packaging wherever possible. As felt is the material, some quick reshaping may be necessary on arrival, due to packaging protection. I want you to be happy with your purchase but if something isn't right please contact me first within 7 days. If a refund is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund less shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
