MW Handmade Designs is a small family enterprise utilising the talents of both husband and wife, and now the children, to bring beautifully handcrafted items to the public for everyday use and for special occasion gifts.

The range started with the sale of custom and ready-made fully reversible bucket hats for all ages, evolving to include ponytail hats by popular demand. No head is too big!
The range now includes reversible satchels, library bags and designer bags in two sizes!

Hubby’s Department creates unique timber items, including the ever popular plain or resin embedded lazy Susan on 30, 45 and 60cm sizes, or custom sizes to suit your table.

Every piece has been designed and crafted with care and attention to detail.

Shipping & packaging policy

• Ready to ship items will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
• Made to order or custom orders will be shipped within 10 business days unless privately arranged.
• Default shipping is Standard Parcel post with tracking (unless otherwise selected at the time of purchase).
• Free Shipping on orders over $250.
• Items are carefully & securely packaged.
• Tracking details will be provided at the time of shipping. This allows both parties to track the parcel and ensure it gets to you. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.

Refund & Exchange policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase but if something isn't right, please contact me first within 7 days. If a refund is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund less shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.

Change of mind purchases will not be refunded.

• Work will not be started until order is received.
• Turn-around time is 10 days unless stated otherwise on product listing.
• Made to order & custom orders are unable to be cancelled once work has started on your order.
