Little Poppet specialises in making lovely handmade items for children from birth – 8 years. Our clothing designs are timeless, many of which are vintage inspired but foremost comfortable and easy to wear.  

I create and make every item with love and care paying up most attention to detail. Both ready-made and custom items are available.

Ready to ship in Ready made items 3-5 working days. Custom orders 5-10 working days. (business days)

Ships out using: Australia Post

Tracking code provided upon shipment (if applicable)

Shipping

We always endeavour to post our goods ASAP and ship ready-made items within 3 business days. Turnaround for custom orders is dependent on style and fabric availability but is generally 5-10 working days.

Once your item has been posted, we are not responsible for any loss or damage which may occur in the postal system. Should there be any delivery issues please get in contact as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to assist with locating your parcel.

We do not refund if packages do not arrive by a certain date so please ensure you allow enough time for your package to arrive when you need it. Please contact us if you need your order urgently and we will always endaevour to assist where possible.

We are happy to arrange local pick up where this is possible.

Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of each product, please note that refunds and exchanges are not provided due to change of mind or incorrect size.

If a product is faulty or our description has been inaccurate, we will gladly refund the cost of the item

Returns must be within 7 days. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition
