I can't wait to draw your pet! Portraits make a great gift idea for all animal lovers too! Is there a special date you need your portrait completed by? Please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your request. When you have finalised your purchase, please email me at charlwood.meg@gmail.com I will confirm the current wait time for portraits. I take 15 - 20 hours to complete a regular size portrait (A4), however, I will have a wait list at certain times of the year. Please get in early for Christmas portraits - I really don't want you to miss out!! Pet portraits make a great gift for animal lovers but I often book out prior to Christmas. I like to share progress photos on social media - please advise if you do not want me to do that. The portrait may be for a present and sssshhhhh -I will keep it a secret too!! I use your reference photos to draw your pet. Feel free to send lots of photos through to me via my email, but please make sure you include your order number and your pet's name too, so I know who I am looking at!! If you have trouble picking photos, I can send a reference guide on how to take a great photo, so your portrait is exactly how you would like it, showing your pet's personality and quirks, and remember :- The better the detail - the better the portrait! Hint:- Take photos in natural light at eye level with your pet. I use colour pencil to create the portraits using lightfast and archival materials only, ensuring your pet portrait will last more than a lifetime. Once your portrait is complete, I will post to you within 3 days

Refunds Policy

• Made to order & custom orders are unable to be cancelled once I commence drawing your portrait. 
• Made to order or custom orders will be shipped once the portrait is complete.
• Due to the nature of my work, I can take 20 - 30 hours to draw large portraits and I may have other portraits to finalise. I will provide a date to you that I will complete the portrait. If a portrait is required for a special date, please advise me and I will do my best to accommodate that for you. 
• Please allow 4 weeks for portraits to be completed for specific dates - If I am unable to provide a portrait to you for a date you require, I will refund full price. Please order early for Christmas portraits. I really don't want you to miss out, so please get in touch throughout the year so we can schedule dates!
• Your portrait will come in a clear sleeve to protect it. It will be ready to frame. I do not provide a frame.
• Default shipping is Standard Parcel post with tracking (unless otherwise selected at the time of purchase)
• Items are carefully & securely packaged and I use recycled packaging wherever possible.
• Tracking details will be provided at the time of shipping. This allows both parties to track the parcel and ensure it gets to you. It is the buyers responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.
