Kikiburrabeads, the story ...My background is in fine arts and art history, but my real passion is jewellery making. I am self-taught and always like learning new techniques and taking on new challenges. It began when I purchased some beading magazines from my local newsagent to teach myself the techniques and principal of jewellery design. After much trial and error the first “family gifts” were ready for dispatch. My family were so impressed that I was encouraged to take the next step and sell my creations. I chose the name Kikiburrabeads, as Kikiburra was my Grandma’s nickname for me. Many years after commencing selling, Kikiburrabeads is now a growing full time business.I want each and everyone of my customers to have the best possible experience when shopping with me. My customer service is immensely important to me, and so all of my items are created and shipped within 1 - 3 business days and sent with tracking. I utilize the highest quality materials available to me. Sterling silver chains, best quality plated chain, sterling wire and gemstones and Swarovski elements™. My Personalisation is created by using a hammer and stamps, so each letter has been created by hand. My beautiful jewellery is lovingly created so that each piece will be unique, but always with great attention to detail.All of my jewelry is made with love and care, using only the finest materials, ensuring they are of the highest quality. It is my belief that jewellery should be with you for a lifetime. All of my delicate and delightful jewellery is created in my home studio.

I want you to be happy with your purchase, please choose carefully as I do not accept cancellations or refunds unless the goods have a manufacturing defect.  Every one of my items leaves my studio in perfect condition, but If a refund or exchange of the item is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund or repair, less shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.

For sanitary reasons I do not accept returns on earrings

Regarding my HAND STAMPED personalized products:
All charms are hand stamped (or hammered), in house, by myself. The impressions are created by hammering an iron stamp onto a blank charm with a brass head mallet against a solid steel block. PLEASE NOTE there will be a slight impression on the opposite side of the charm and this impression is a NATURAL by-product of the stamping process and not in any way a flaw in your jewellery.
Hand stamped is not to be confused with laser engraved.
