Welcome to Keast Design, you will find a curated selection of my jewellery pieces here. I work across many disciplines but silversmithing has found a special place in my heart that I would like to share. My designs are typically inspired by nature (the ultimate designer!) and imbued with some ideas and ideals about life in all it's varied facets.
In the meantime, here's a little more on how and why I do what I do:
“I have always walked a line between art and design. The most satisfying creative experiences manifest when applying my industrial design and craft knowledge to unconventional materials. Sometimes purely for artistic expression and form, often to incorporate function. Call me a material manipulator, in a nice way!
The motto of making ‘something out of nothing’ or returning a discarded broken object to a second cycle of life by application of some innovation and elbow grease has always appealed; which is probably why I keep rescuing hard rubbish to stock my material hoard.
By nature I love fine details, the smallest things trigger the largest influences on my work. The patterns of nature found in flora, the textures of a fossil, shell or animal, the colours, complexity and beauty at the smallest scale in the insect world.
By recreating the context of everyday materials and objects and layering messages within those choices I hope to invite a second glance, a smile or perhaps open a conversation. Taking time to reflect on sustainability, homage and connection to the natural world and the appreciation of small wonders."

Due to their bespoke creation, please allow 2-4 weeks for custom orders.
Returns
I want every customer to be thrilled with their purchases from Keast Design. By accepting returns, I hope to ensure this is the case.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- In their original packaging
- Post marked within 14 days of receipt
- Packaged to prevent damage upon their return (I would recommend using the same type of postage packaging in which you received your item)
Please understand: Custom orders are non-refundable.
Shipping and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable.
You will need to pay the return shipping costs unless the item(s) sent were not what you ordered or were damaged in transit, in which case I will make alternative arrangements with you. Please message me through my Made it store with a description of the item and the reason for its return.
Keast Design takes no responsibility for goods that are in return transit but become lost, damaged or not delivered to me. If you are concerned about loss or damage in transit you may consider adding tracking or insurance.
Upon receipt of the item(s) we will notify you via email and process your refund in 3-5 business days (minus shipping and any gift wrapping costs) to the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase.
