JoMarion Personalized Jewellery Gifts
I want you to be able to gift meaningful and personalized jewellery to family and friends for that special occasion. Each of my items comes to you with an artisan designed sentiment card (not commercially produced) and a pretty gift box ready to give.

Delivery Times: generally, 1-3 days
I make and shop orders within 1- 3 working days. Your order will be shipped by Australia Post using express post, and I will provide the shipping number to you when your order has been processed and shipped out to you. It may take between 1- 7 days for your order to arrive depending on whether you live in a remote area.
· I want you to be happy with your purchase, please choose carefully as I do not accept cancellations or refunds unless the goods have a manufacturing defect. Every one of my items leaves my studio in perfect condition, but If a refund or exchange of the item is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund or repair, less shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
· For sanitary reasons I do not accept returns on earrings
· Regarding my HAND STAMPED personalized products:
All charms are hand stamped (or hammered), in house, by myself. The impressions are created by hammering an iron stamp onto a blank charm with a brass head mallet against a solid steel block. PLEASE NOTE there will be a slight impression on the opposite side of the charm and this impression is a NATURAL by-product of the stamping process and not in any way a flaw in your jewellery.
Hand stamped is not to be confused with laser engraved.
· About customs fees: International customers are responsible for all fees imposed, including import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the buyer's country. These are NOT extra postage fees, and I the seller am not responsible for these fees. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
