Hi! My name is Jo and I am the person behind Joey Rose Handmade. I started making Polymer Clay Earrings in April 2020 to give myself a hobby during Covid lockdowns. I am a busy mum of 3, working 2 days at an Accounting Firm and doing bookwork for my husband’s Plumbing business. Somewhere in between I try and find time for making earrings! My earring batches are small and I pride myself on taking the time to make them as perfect as can be.

Shipping & Packaging policy

• Ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-3 business days via Australia Post
• Made to order or custom orders will be shipped within 10 business days (or as arranged)
• Default shipping is Standard Parcel post with tracking (unless otherwise selected at the time of purchase). Express shipping available - please request price.
• Items are carefully & securely packaged and we use recycled packaging wherever possible.
• Tracking details will be provided at the time of shipping. This allows both parties to track the parcel and ensure it gets to you. It is the buyers responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.
• Free Delivery/Local Pick up is available - please enquire.

Refund & Exchange policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase but if something isn't right please contact me. Please message me immediately if you have any issues with your order.  Refunds or exchange will only be provided for items which arrive damaged. Items must be unworn and photos of damage provided within 3 days of delivery. If a refund or exchange is arranged the item will need to be returned within 7 days for a full refund less original shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
