Welcome to JoannesBears. My love of bear making began in the 1990's, when I made miniature and dressed bears for competition. Today I lovingly create one of a kind artisan teddy bears and animals, each sewn with care and meaning. My bears are more than toys—they’re companions. No two bears will ever be alike.

Every bear is hand-stitched, carefully shaded, and completely unique. I use quality fabrics, German glass or safety eyes and detailed touches like embroidered noses to bring each creation to life.

Every one of my items leaves my studio in perfect condition, but If a refund or exchange of the item is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund or repair, less shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
