Each item is made to order unless listed that it's a "pre-made/ready to ship" and will have a commencement month listed at the top of each description. Please check this before placing an order.
Posting days are 'Monday & Friday'. Express Post is available.

$90 - $149.99 : $14.95
Over $150 : $18.95
If you would like your order to be shipped via Express Post you will need to add the 'Express Post - $3.50' product listing in my store in with your order to cover the extra postage rate.

ITEM DISPATCH:
As every order is custom made to the customers preferences the dispatch time will be different for each customer. Every product in my store will have a commencement date listed at the top of each description - please check this before purchasing or send a msg through to check availability if you have a special date in mind to receive your order by.
ITEM COLOURS:
Please be aware that while every effort is made to display an accurate image of each item, due to the difference in computer monitor colour calibration and colour technology, some variations in colour may occur.CUSTOM/PERSONALISED ITEMS:
Due to the nature of personalised items all sales are final. Please be confident in your selections, sizes, spelling and details before finalising your payment. Returns and refunds for change of mind will not be accepted.
RETURNS:
Contact must be made within 48 hours of receiving your item/s if there are any problems with your order. Written contact via email prior to return of any item/s is essential to receive a ‘Returns Authorisation Number’. All returned goods are to be sent back in good condition and in the original packaging. Exchanges or refunds will only be issued if the item is faulty and returned within 14 days of delivery.
*NB. The Buyer is responsible for the return postage of any item/s.
WRONG ADDRESS/LOST or STOLEN MAIL:
If a package is returned due to the wrong address provided or a non claimed delivery an additional postage fee will need to be paid to resend the parcel to you.
Items that are lost or stolen in the mail are non-refundable. If this was to happen please get in contact with me asap so we can lodge an investigation with Australia Post and they will assist in this case.
