Ships out using: Australia Post for Australian and international deliveries.

Your item will be ready to ship within 3 days, however, as I teach from early to late most days, I'm only able to get to the Post Office during open hours on a Monday or Tuesday as those are my days off!
If you need your item for a specific date, please plan accordingly so I can get it to you in plenty of time.
Gilded Poppy Warranty
Gilded Poppy offers a thirty day manufacturing warranty from date of purchase.
Please be advised that our jewellery- like all jewellery, is delicate, and not made to stand up to rough treatment. Care needs to be taken when wearing your special pieces. Because of this- please follow the care instructions given to you when you purchased your jewellery, as this will determine whether or not your warranty is valid.
Your warranty will cover manufacturing defects- things that make your piece unwearable that were present at time of purchase or within the 30 days thereafter. However, it will not cover the following situations:
⢠Neglect, or wear and tear. They warranty will not cover a missing stone or broken link when the item has been knocked or subject to rough handling.
⢠Lost items after they have left the premises.
⢠Items that are bent, buckled or that have received accidental damage.
⢠Items that are scratched or marred, as this happens in everyday wear and tear.
⢠Tarnished items. Tarnish happens when the metal reacts with the oxygen in the air, causing the metal to oxidise. Things like perfumes, hand and body lotions, some medications leeching through your skin, or even the acid content of your skin itself can speed up the oxidisation process itself.
We recommend wiping your items with a soft microfibre cloth and clean luke-warm water after wearing to remove any lingering oils from your skin, thereby slowing down the oxidisation process. A final rub with a jewellery polishing cloth will bring itās usual shine back and further inhibit tarnishing.
It is at our discretion, using our professional knowledge as to whether the item is faulty, or damaged by misuse or wear and tear, and we will replace, repair or refund your item depending on that determination.
As far as General Returns are concerned;
⢠We cannot accept returns or refunds on bespoke, hand stamped, personalised or engraved jewellery.
⢠Earrings can only be returning if unworn, and in the original packaging (this is a health requirement that applies to all Pierced Body Jewellery such as earrings, nose rings etc).
⢠Returns must be in original packaging and condition (original condition constitutes Not Worn, no scratches, no wear and tear and no damage, and accompanied by a copy of the receipt of purchase).
⢠Please use Registered Post to return items, if you are not popping by in person. While postage on returns is sadly not refundable, any repairs being sent back to you will be posted at our expense.
We will not refund or exchange any products damaged after delivery. We check each piece very carefully before it leaves our hands. However, if you do receive a product which is faulty, please donāt hesitate to call us to arrange free return delivery and an exchange or refund.
Should a fault appear after your jewellery has been worn, it would be appreciated if you would give us the details of the fault or damage via email before returning it to us. You can do this by using the contact link on the website, and we will get back to you to sort it out within 2 business days.
Please remember when dealing with an issue regarding an item from our store or our service your requests and complaints will always be acknowledged and your complete satisfaction is our top priority; we will always try to do our best within reason for you.
