ITEM COLOURS:
Please be aware that while every effort is made to display an accurate image of each item, due to the difference in computer monitor colour calibration and colour technology, some variations in colour may occur.
AFTERPAY:
Afterpay charges a fee to the seller (Eliza Beth Dolls) for all purchases using its services, regardless of whether they are completed or cancelled. As such, if you have used Afterpay and choose to cancel your order, this fee will be taken out of the monies received before the balance is returned to you. This fee only applies to cancelled orders that were placed using Afterpay.
RETURNS OR REFUNDS:
We do not offer refunds for change your mind, so please choose your goods carefully. If you are unsure of a product please ask questions before you purchase to avoid any misunderstanding or misconception about the item you are interested in.
Contact must be made within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) if there are any problems with your order. Written contact via email prior to return of any item(s) is essential to receive a ‘Returns Authorisation Number’. All returned goods are to be sent back in good condition and in the original packaging. Exchanges or refunds will only be issued if the item is faulty and returned within 14 days of delivery.*NB. The Buyer is responsible for the return postage of any item(s).
ITEM DISPATCH:
Your order will be posted within 3-5 business days where possible. Orders will be handed over the counter at the Post Office so they can be scanned into the AP system. Tracking ID will be sent to you once your order is on the way. Delays may occur after the item is sent due to weather events, public holidays, natural disasters, Covid issues etc, this is unfortunately out of our control.

All physical items and their accompanying images displayed are subject to copyright to Eliza Beth Dolls, and may not be copied or reproduced by any means without permission.
PDF DIGITAL DOWNLOADS:
NO REFUND will be given on PDF digital downloads as you cannot return a digital file. Please ensure you ask all questions necessary BEFORE you purchase the listing.
COPYRIGHT AND PERMISSIONS - PDF PATTERNS
You ARE PERMITTED to use my pattern to create finished items for yourself, to give away or even to sell (in non-commercial quantities)! I would appreciate it very much if you included my name as the pattern designer on any finished items you post or display, that way others will be able to purchase their own copy and I will be able to continue designing and creating. x
What you ARE NOT PERMITTED to do with the actual digital pattern is share, sell, blog or pass it on to others via any communication format including (but not limited to) screenshots, photos and handwritten/typed. I believe I have been very fair in my permissions so please direct any interested parties to my store or FB/IG page if they have asked you for a copy of the pattern.
