Hello, I am Erin, and I am based in outer Sydney. In my work I personally select materials, designing, shaping or assembling every piece. I enjoy transforming raw materials into special creations imbued with passion and designed to spark joy. Suited to a diversity of tastes from elegant and dainty to whimsical fantasy my creations are sure to charm and ignite interest.  

An assortment of materials such as gemstones, polymer clay, resin and textiles are crafted into a variety of jewellery, accessories and keepsakes. Great as gifts or treats for yourself, I do hope you find something that brings you or another joy.

Delivery Times: Delivery time in Australia for standard mail is approximately 3-7 days, however this can vary depending on location and peak times.

Occasionally recycled post boxes may be used. This will not impact your product however if you would prefer for this not to happen, please let me know.

Payment & Postage: Payment is made at time of order. Upon clearance of payment your purchase will be posted within 3 working days, excluding public holidays and weekends.

Please ensure the address listed is accurate as this will be the address used. If items are lost, returned or delivered to the wrong address Elegantly Twisted is not liable for these situations. Additionally, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay any additional postage costs to have returned items resent and these must be paid prior to them being resent.

Additionally, my hand-crafted Jewellery may contain small parts and is not recommended for children under 14.

I really hope you love your order however if there is a problem with your purchase, please contact me immediately via email so we can work out a solution. Customer satisfaction is important to me.

Please note some items if lost cannot be replicated exactly. This is the nature of handmade products but also the availability of precious stones.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work out a solution. If an exchange or repair is arranged the complete original item must be returned within 7 days. Shipping costs for return and redelivery are the buyer's responsibility.

Care Instructions

Textiles

• Some items have clips and fastenings to help the item connect to clothing or other items. When using please look at the clips and ensure you are opening and closing them fully before attaching or removing from clothing or items. Pulling and sliding could result in damage to the item or clothing you have attached them to and Elegantly Twisted is not liable for this damage.

Polymer Clay & Resin

• Please avoid dropping or bending as breakage can occur.
• Avoid contact with makeup, tanners and chemicals.
• Use a clean, soft and damp cloth to wipe clean. Be careful not to scuff surfaces. Dry thoroughly before storage.
• Please store out of direct sunlight and remove before showering, sleeping, exercising or swimming.

Wire Wrapped Jewellery

• Natural Copper and Silver are reactive metals, darkening (patina) over time.
• Please note all of our pieces have a special wax coat to delay this reaction, however this will wear off.
• It is recommended not to shower, sleep, exercise or swim wearing your jewellery.
• After wear a gentle quick wipe with a suitable soft polish cloth to remove body oils will help keep pieces shiny.
• Storage in a pouch out of direct sun will also prevent tangling with other jewellery which will damage the piece.
• If patina develops gently clean in warm mild soapy water. However, first check the stone is ok to get wet as some can be damaged by water and easily scratched. Avoid chemicals, hard scrubbing and wet wipes.
• Dry thoroughly, gently patting with a soft cloth. This will help to prevent patina.
