All Earthy Fig Studio pieces are handmade to order in my Perth studio.

Please allow 14-20 days for production before your order is shipped.

I use food-safe clays and food-safe glazes only. Each piece is carefully crafted, glazed, and kiln-fired to ensure it is suitable for everyday use.

Due to the handmade nature of ceramics, slight variations in colour, shape, and texture are to be expected and celebrated — no two pieces are exactly alike.

Once your order is ready, it will be carefully packed and shipped within Australia. If you require your order by a specific date, please get in touch before purchasing and I’ll do my best to assist :)

Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. I will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
